Special Note: This course does not provide certification in First Aid or CPR. It does, however, provide you with some knowledge and skill practice in these areas. If you want certification, it is recommended that you enroll in an American Red Cross CPR or a First Aid course.

    • Being a Red Cross instructor is a fulfilling and rewarding experience. You must be 17 years of age and will need to successfully complete a Fundamentals of Instructor Training course. American Red Cross First Aid, CPR & AED courses meet OSHA guidelines, and our instructors are trained in all facets of worksite safety. We set a date and location for training that is convenient for you, maintain your records and remind you when it is time to recertify. Workplace training programs are customized to your needs and include:

  • Training offered seven days a week, 24 hours a day
  • Interactive learning
  • Recertification notification
